What is your return policy?
Each vendor has a different policy for returns. Please visit the Artisan's personal page to see what the return policy is. Returns are only issued for damaged goods upon arrival (must include photo of item) or if an item was defective. We do not accept returns on any items that are 30 days or older and not in their original packaging and and have not been used.

What are the shipping options?
Each artist has their own shipping choices. Each Artist/Vendor goes with the fastest but most reasonable service to send your future treasure to you.

When will I receive my order?
Please refer to your emails for updated shipping info and tracking information.

What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact your Artisan about the issue and be sure to include your order number and items name.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please notify your artisan right away so they can take care of the situation right away for you.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact each of the related artisans with your order number and how they can help you. And let us know how they do by leaving a comment or feedback.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from? Each artisan makes the item themselves. The materials are ever changing and if you need a specific answer for a certain piece of art, feel free to contact the Artisan. I'm sure they would love to brag about their quality mediums.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered?
PLEASE let us know if your artisan has not been able to help. We will be happy to in any way that we can.
